All goods are shipped via a tracked service. High value orders (3+ products) are shipped via a tracked and signed service. All international orders are shipped via tracked and signed service where possible.

Please Note: Delivery timescales are based on working days only. All orders placed will be dispatched within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched by Monday (except for bank holidays).

We cannot be held liable for any delays or loss of goods caused by Hermes whilst goods are in transit as our products do not include transit insurance. If goods are lost in transit, any refunds or replacements offered will be on a goodwill gesture basis less our shipping costs.
