How to Refill a Car Diffuser

Use a refill only with a compatible BEZQ hanging diffuser, and treat the refill and diffuser labels as the final instructions. If compatibility is unclear, stop and confirm the exact product rather than mixing oils or forcing a cap or dropper.

1. Take the diffuser out of the car

   Work on a stable, wipe-clean surface away from upholstery, dashboards and electrical controls. Keep the bottle upright and have a cloth ready for drips.

2. Confirm the refill is compatible

   Check the exact refill title and the diffuser product page before opening either bottle. A refill product supplies oil, not a complete hanging bottle.

3. Add a small amount carefully

   Open the diffuser and use the dropper as directed on the label. Do not overfill. Refit the cap securely and wipe the outside of the bottle before moving it.

4. Check for leakage before rehanging

   Keep the diffuser upright, inspect the cap and bottle, and do not return it to the car if oil is escaping. Keep refill oil away from skin, eyes, children and pets, and follow the label for storage and spill response.
