About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from BEZQ LTD. We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13944166. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products and fragrance references

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen or production batch. References to well-known fragrances describe scent inspiration or comparison only. BEZQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the owners of those third-party brands.

Prices, VAT and delivery charges

Prices shown to UK consumers include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and the final order total are shown in the basket and at checkout before payment. We may change prices for future orders, but not after we have accepted an order.

Orders and payment

You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and be legally capable of entering into a contract. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we have already expressly accepted it.

Payment is handled by the payment method selected at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch if payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, the price or description contains an obvious error, delivery is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Promotions

Promotional rules shown with an offer form part of these terms. Unless stated otherwise, one discount applies per order and discount codes do not combine with the automatic “buy 2, get the 3rd free” offer. We may end or change a promotion for future orders, but not retrospectively after accepting an eligible order.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery costs £2.49 on orders below £20 and is free on orders of £20 or more. Any estimated timing shown is an estimate unless we expressly agree a fixed date. Please see our Shipping Policy.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

For most online purchases, consumers may cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions can apply, including to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, personalised goods and perishable goods.

Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are covered by your statutory rights. Our voluntary return arrangements do not replace those rights. See our Refund Policy for the process and return address.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use its content unlawfully.

Intellectual property

The BEZQ name, site design, copy, photography and other materials are owned by or licensed to BEZQ LTD. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you keep any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law. Please contact info@bezq.co.uk first so we can try to resolve a problem.
