Refill the bottle, not the whole diffuser

A BEZQ refill is a dropper bottle of fragrance oil for topping up a compatible BEZQ hanging car diffuser. The diffuser bottle, wooden cap and cord are not included unless the individual product page says otherwise.

Refill on a wipe-clean surface

Take the diffuser out of the car, open it on a stable surface and add the oil a little at a time. Refit the cap securely, wipe the outside of the bottle and check for spills before hanging it again.

Refill oil is not eau de parfum and should not be applied to skin. Follow the product label for any other listed uses. Read the step-by-step guide to refilling a car diffuser.

Common questions

Does a refill include a hanging diffuser bottle?

No. These products are refill oils unless the individual listing explicitly says that a diffuser is included.

Can I use refill oil on skin?

No. Car diffuser refill oil is not a personal fragrance. Use an eau de parfum product for skin, following its label.

Should I mix different refill scents?

For a predictable result, use the matching scent family and avoid mixing oils in a bottle that still contains another fragrance.
